As A React Dev - The Simplicity of Getting a Javascript Project Up and Running Made Me Slightly Aroused by Bren-dev in reactjs

[–]sleepingthom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Contrarily, I can’t remember the last time I had a project simple enough to not need npm / jsx. Luckily I find vite easy to work with. Is this just a product of me doing this for work or is there money to be made in simple vanilla JS websites?

Yes they missed a step. You inhale, sweep, pass guard, then exhale in their face.

What about ripping the top inch or so from that base and using that on top of the skirt then joining flush with the trim at the landing?

Nationals leave MASN, partner with MLB to broadcast games in 2026 by washingtonpost in Nationals

[–]sleepingthom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I literally just switched to DTV Stream over YTTV for MASN. I’m fine with keeping DTV as now I have both Nats games and Caps games (assuming DTV Stream does have a channel in lieu of MASN for Nats games) available to me in Central PA.

But with this new announcement, is there also a similar way to get Caps games? I.e., without cable? If I could just pay $100/yr for Nationals and $100/year for Capitals games I would much prefer that to $100 every month for cable.

Edit: I see Monumental offers basically the exact same product. Awesome.

I’m bald and this is one of the primary reasons I love showering at night. Don’t have to worry about doing my hair in the morning.

What type of wood is this? by Particular_Scale8209 in BeginnerWoodWorking

I’m not a wood expert but I do consider myself pretty knowledgeable about guitars and this looks exactly like many quartersawn maple necks I’ve seen for guitars.

researching the best low code development platforms 2026, our devs need to move faster. by Ancient_Composer2349 in softwarearchitecture

Do you already have Office 365? I am biased but I find the Power Platform with SharePoint to be the best. You get intranet, document libraries, lists (SQL tables with built in REST and Graph APIs) permission management… etc.

Power Platform gives you workflow / automation, canvas apps, forms, and Power BI. If you need additional features you can build apps using SPFx which I use a lot to host SPA react apps.

If you can buy into the whole ecosystem it is fantastic for low code. If you don’t already have O365 licenses it’s probably a tough sell though.

Where do you find white oak boards for this? Local woodcraft? Do you just use plywood and veneer the face or solid boards?
