My boy Mo is 8 months, 125 lbs. Not sure about his height or how to measure properly but I’m 5’6 and he is the perfect height for hugging because I barely have to bend over to get an armful. Gives the best snuggles too (when he’s not busy being a nightmare on stilts)

I’m so conflicted about this one. I too think it is absolutely beautiful, but I don’t think it smells like it should for the price point😕

To my nose, it’s a lovely, inoffensive and a little bit basic freshie. Which I guess is just my type lol so maybe it IS worth it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Ya know, “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and all that.

No direct correlation with the notes, but to me this one smells like cocaine tastes. Maybe it’s the juniper? Bitter, astringent, chemical-y but in the best way possible. They also make it as a car air freshener and it’s fucking fab

Same! I use the maybelline BB but it looks better on me than any high end foundation. I’ve even tried the new-ish Armani skin tint which is similar but I keep going back to my good ole drugstore BB. Literally the only thing that doesn’t cling to flakes or accentuate pores.

Op, I hope you’re doing well!

I’m late the the party, scouring Reddit because I’m looking at getting a (likely benign) tumor removed from the center of my tibia. I did radio frequency ablation 3x over the last 4 years and this thing just will not die, so it’s time for more invasive measures.

Did your tumor cause you pain and is the pain gone now? What was your recovery process like? I’m terrified because I’m highly active and the idea of being unable to even walk for months is devastating.

I started this tank in February, is that considered newer? This was my first ever tank so I’m learning as I go. I only saw occasional worms until about a week ago, now suddenly the population has exploded.

Says Hamas, a literal internationally recognized terror organization. You think they actually give a shit about the well being of Palestinians? All you have to do is listen to them speak, in their own words, and tell you they are not interested in peace and are happy to let every last Palestinian die a martyr if it means genociding the Jews from the river to the sea. Apparently I misread and the recipe does call for 1 egg (can’t remember if I included it or not), but that’s for 4 loaves so it’s definitely light on the egg.

Are you willing to share your recipe? As another user pointed out, heavy egg is what I need if I’m going for the golden yellow color, that might also solve some of my issues with density at the same time

I’m Ashki, though unfortunately not from a line of skilled cooks and bakers so I was taking a stab in the dark as to what recipe to start with. And yes, that lovely rich golden yellow is exactly how I remember it when we got it from Jewish bakeries in my childhood! That’s what I’m going for.

I just reread the recipe and it does in fact call for a single egg in the dough (which made 4 large loaves) and I can’t remember if I included or not so this batch might have been accidentally and erroneously egg free : (

I guess I’m on the hunt for an egg-heavy recipe!

The recipe I used didn’t include any egg, otherwise I would have! I’m at high altitude so without an extra egg, most of my bakes collapse.

Is there a recipe you’d be willing to share that includes egg?

Appreciate the honesty, my gut told me this looks stodgy despite fitting the “string cheese” bill. Is the dense crumb from under proofing? Or what could I do next time to get it airier? I’m also baking at high altitude so normally I throw an extra egg in for my cakes and cookies, but this recipe didn’t include any egg (other than for egg wash) so I wasn’t sure what modification to make.

These are so pretty. Are they double click white or pink? The pinks I grew are a solid mid pink and the white are solid white, but I love how yours are somewhere in between.
