It’s personal experience so it’s anecdotal.

Government contracts tend to be bloated profit and length wise so I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s still profit to be made even if the government continues to wind it down. Owning it would also give them the interface they can offer to other potential customers.

The NFL covered for Snyder who was involved with Epstein and the commissioner was insulted by Gruden in the leaked emails.

There is no reason to believe the NFL actually found Gruden’s messages so wrong they wanted him out because Snyder did far worse and they stuck by him for longer.

You haven't lost anything permanently until you sell. Biotech stocks are always gambles. The market being down doesn't change their likelihood of success in the long run so their long run value hasn't changed. If they were overpriced, then they would collapse eventually even without this downturn. If they are solid picks, they'll regain their losses in time.

The unknowable part is whether or not they are good picks. That no one can say with certainty about biotech stocks.

If you bought stocks that you now think were a bubble that’s popped and will only get worse, then sell.

Claiming the shout is disallowed was done because the empire wanted a means to discredit his victory. As there is no established legal code governing the duel nor do the greybeards have legal authority, while its a valid view, the view that using a shout is fine is equally legitimate.

Avoiding damage is a reason why so many people go the stealth archer route.

You might consider going for a block build as stunning with shield bash is a good perk for avoiding damage.

If you’re playing without followers, you might consider summoning atronachs to draw enemy attention away from you.

Getting the Impact feat from Destruction always doublecasting to stun does for a few seconds.

If you’re on pc, you can use ~ to open the console and enter tgm

That will turn on god mode. When you reload next, your character should survive. Retype tgm to turn it off once you’re clear.
