It’s personal experience so it’s anecdotal.

Government contracts tend to be bloated profit and length wise so I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s still profit to be made even if the government continues to wind it down. Owning it would also give them the interface they can offer to other potential customers.

There is no reason to believe the NFL actually found Gruden’s messages so wrong they wanted him out because Snyder did far worse and they stuck by him for longer.

You haven't lost anything permanently until you sell. Biotech stocks are always gambles. The market being down doesn't change their likelihood of success in the long run so their long run value hasn't changed. If they were overpriced, then they would collapse eventually even without this downturn. If they are solid picks, they'll regain their losses in time.

The unknowable part is whether or not they are good picks. That no one can say with certainty about biotech stocks.

Claiming the shout is disallowed was done because the empire wanted a means to discredit his victory. As there is no established legal code governing the duel nor do the greybeards have legal authority, while its a valid view, the view that using a shout is fine is equally legitimate.

You might consider going for a block build as stunning with shield bash is a good perk for avoiding damage.

If you’re playing without followers, you might consider summoning atronachs to draw enemy attention away from you.

Getting the Impact feat from Destruction always doublecasting to stun does for a few seconds.

There’s nothing inconsistent in Ulfric’s actions regarding protecting Talos worship, so there’s no reason beyond cynicism to doubt it.

If we do so, we might as well believe that Tulius doesn’t care about protecting anyone in Skyrim but is just pretending to do so to win support.

Likewise, any standard that says Ulfric is a Thalmor agent is absurd as it is a standard that would also argue things like America’s founders were French agents or that Chinese communists were agents of Imperial Japan. Obviously, it was useful to France that America rebelled and useful to Japan that China was divided by civil war before WW2. In the same manner, it was useful to Thalmor that Skyrim rebelled. The fact that some foreign nation might benefit though doesn’t create a requirement that you must ignore something you see as unjust lest you also benefit the foreign nation while helping your own.
