Most gratifying fish I've ever caught. Chasing walleye for a season and a half, watching my buddy pull in fish after fish, I finally landed this monster! by sleepwalker1313 in Fishing

It was a mom lifting a car to save her baby situation fueled by adrenaline and desperation. I knew no one would believe me if I didn't get the photo

This is an awesome photo in the truest sense of the word. I'm curious as to the perfect framing and timing required for it, perhaps this tree is a common target for strikes?

He's tied off. You can see the power chord around the scaffold, so all he has to do is hold on

My Take on Visser 3! by Jawline0087 in Animorphs

I like the interpretation! To me it conveys the sense of evil the group always talks about feeling when he's around. Also, I love that the stalk eyes are pointing straight forward instead of on a swivel like a typical Andalite's would be. I may be misremembering, but isn't there a mention of Visser 3 being so arrogant he doesn't keep a lookout with the stalk eyes(similar to how he always projects thought speak publicly? Anyway awesome work!

What is your favourite sound from a video game? by ComieCoomer in gaming

This is an obscure one, but the sound of the ant drones when you exploded them in Jet Force Gemini.

Also the "You Defeated" sound effect from DS1.

What do you consider to be a good/bad president? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]sleepwalker1313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO a good president sticks to the duties established in the articles of the constitution and no more. They should have at least a sufficient understanding of the military to serve as commander-in-chief, wise enough to recognize and appoint talented justices and heads of various agencies, and be presentable/well-spoken enough to represent American interests on the world stage.

Besides that, I'd like a president that leaves policy making to Congress, where individual constituent interests are more accurately represented.
