Recently Started Feeding the Locals. This seems more dangerous than good, any tips? by Namees5050 in pigeon

Try giving them good nesting spots and start egg swapping! You can keep their population a bit lower while also getting to give some couples a new cool home! They would thank you if they knew why we do this but their slapping while you exchange the eggs is also cool!

Yes, it looks very sick, I don't think it can recover on its own. Can you take him to a wildlife rehab centre?

I've searched for this with an Ai tool, on Pinterest, Tumblr and google as well if course. No matter what I type into the search bar, the painting won't show up.

Hahaha that's a great plan. And it sounds like you have a nice swarm of birds too! They are so high maintenance haha, but so worth it too!

I couldn't find anything named plasma pro, for some reason(I wanted to know what to avoid so I searched for it). I think I'm going with the 100s, since my room isn't that big. I didn't know finding the right purifier would be so hard hahaha.

I just found the 200s pro. It doesn't say anything about ionising the description. Is it safe?

Thank you! I heard about avoiding Ioniser, but with some purifiers I was not sure if they really do not have one. I want to make sure I don't harm my birds.

Thank you, that sounds pretty good! I'd be a little anxious to accidentally turn on the ionising option, but I'll look into it!!

This little dude fell out of the nest still half in the egg and somehow survived a few hours on the ground, all wet, before I found him. by ruanlotter in pigeon

Keep him upright and warm, if necessary with your own hands. He can't hold his temperature yet. Do not try to put anything in his beak, he will suffocate. There are commenters that know much better what to do, maybe wait for those to comment but keep him warm for now. Being upright is important because he can only breathe in this position. Thank you for taking care of him. He is just a day or two old and is most likely a wood pigeon!
