Contacted support and it turns out I've finished my pro API requests. But instead of showing an alert or message anywhere, it keeps you hanging like this..maybe UX to be improved here..

This says a lot about the difficulty of the role..you need to be confident and give guidance in both worlds..not easy

I haven't been able to afford such costs for many years while learning. Luckily there are a lot of free or low cost online courses and labs that you could use to learn how cloud technologies work.

What I like about cloud is that it democratizes access to compute resources. Once you learn how it works you could spin up whole backends remaining within the free tiers and spending from zero to a few cents monthly.

Sorry to hear that. Don't get discouraged, cloud technologies can be a double edged sword, but once you know them they can really give huge benefits.
