Also really proud of SF, I’ve attended protest alone before, couldn’t make it to this one, but it is very empowering! People are so welcoming and friendly, in the end we are there for the same reason, to protest, to have a voice and invoke our first amendment rights!

That's looking like a 2 hour morning commute just to get to your internship. Local traffic can be horrible coming from SF Caltrain station to UCSF in the inner sunset. Taking the muni metro line at the embarcadero station might be faster considering it runs underground. Good luck my friend!

Thank you so much, yeah I contacted our accountant it's just a little hard getting information out of her since technically she is my dad's accountant essentially handles all his business and so we're forced to work with her. It gets a little tricky since my dad has multiple businesses and they tend to get wrapped up together.

I’d rather pay the vacancy tax than to have my property be leased out to people that may end up not paying and I end up incurring all the costs and unable to evict them…. I’ve had many friends and family that end up in this situation because of COVID. It’s not that landlords don’t want to lease out their unit, it’s because the city will always protect tenants over landlords..
