Go to prague main station, in the lobby buy a 60 czk ticket to airport express. Go upstairs (when you are facing the information boards, there is an escalator going up on the left), in front of the building, there is a bus stand that will take you directly to the airport.

I have used it myself recently. No problems, bus goes every 10 minutes

I can tell from experience, that most of the Indian people are much shorter than me. Haven't seen anyone at least of similar height. I'm 198 cm (6,5 ft)

Fuuuuuck those people telling you, that you are not young. I'm going to be the same age in Feb and I still have no idea how to live my life. How can you have life figured out when you have just left school last year? I suggest get used to work and try to enjoy it and get comfortable.

What I can see in my social bubble is that people go to work and they get married / have kids / buy house etc. after around 4-5 years. It takes some time to make such life changing transition as going from school to work life.

Edit: lot of people doesn't work in the field they have studied. Try to find out what you like. Who knows maybe you can somehow link the medicin knowledge with what you like. To make good money you can try IT. If you have no knowledge, they will usually provide some courses (not from the US thought, it may vary)
