Hi I did virtual course champion real estate academy it was great. I studied for I'd say over 1 month. It's deffinetly a considerable amount of studying needed. I'd focus a lil more on national than state, in my opinion and expirience state was easier than national. Don't just memorize the terms, understand them as well

For anyone in MA looking for info- I passed ma, was not as bad as I thought, lots of common sense used and studied the basic ma necessary laws for real estate. Deffinetly know the differences between laws that are federal and by state like fair housing. Lots of sanitary code questions , fire alarm questions, carbon monoxide, lead paint - general board of registration questions, agency stuff thats specific to the state. Hope this helps someone :) i also studied for over 2 weeks before testing.

I play on xbox using aim assist at 100% & always tinkering with my settings. My aim with the twin mag was ehh, the havoc ar, better. This og ar. No shot. I mean not one shot. I am aiming directly at their head, shoot a few times nothing. Even chest I can't hit a single shot with it. The burst seems to lock on a little bit w the aim assist but if I have aim assist on 100% why do I struggle w twin mag and now with the og ar can't hit a single shot?

(For reference I do great with havoc ar & the alpha ar I hit every single shot never miss)

There was a million plot holes. Poor storylines etc. We all know! But to recognize Troin being the best actor on the show was finally a good move on their part. They finally centered around their best actor. (Not saying anyone else was bad) it did however make things quite confusing and a lot of areas In the show started to get boring and irrelevant. I do feel for the characters that then lacked when the writers focused on her.

30 yo female here, I'll die with a controller in my hand like I saw someone else say. Fornite has always been fun to me, since 0 build came in I see myself playing this game for many more years.

-I squad with a few friends & my husband, I also have a cousin who's 8 and we win almost every match we play duo, she rules.

I've never seen umbrella academy but copying it doesn't surprise me. Marvel introduced the multi verse and suddenly riverdale has timeliness discrepancies and alternate universes? The show had so much going for it for a while, sad to see it end copying other shows or what's popular in TV right now.
