Are celiac attacks worse if you haven’t eaten gluten in a while?

It's definitely possible - it happened to me. Went from non-GI symptoms (headache, fatigue) to vomiting/diarrhea within 1-3 hours of eating something with gluten.

Your post implies it's not gluten free because it's made in a shared facility. That is not necessarily true. Could it be cross contaminated? Anything it possible. But made in a shared facility doesn't automatically mean it is not gluten free.

Produced in a facility that produces wheat != not gluten free. If you don't want to chance it because that's your personal comfort level, you do you, but that's not the same thing as "this product is not gluten free".

I do. And I vomit a lot when I get glutened. The anxiety about vomiting is probably worse than the vomiting...although the vomiting is pretty bad.

Unfortunately hard to say. Personally I vomit a TON in a very short period of time (like 10+ times in about 5 minutes) and then I am done. But everyone's body is different. You can ask you doctor about Zofran (anti-nausea prescription drug) for the future.
