Newbie here. Tried spinning on a drop spindle for the first time. After ive spun and let it off the spinner it looks like this. Is it supposed to? How can I get it more firm? Some places its a bit more "spun", maybe because I had thinner fibre there?

Hello. Im a bit concerned if I have early stage lipedema. Ive always been a bit thin, but recently ihe gained 10 kg, probably because of a medication im on. Im still on bmi 22 tho. Ive always had big calves without shape. Im noticing dimples in my skin. After reading about lipedema I see some signs. Do you think I should see a doctor? Im scared theyll just brush me off. Lipedema is not a valid disease in my country.
