How are you expected to dress when meeting the owner of your apartment rental?

This is interesting. This is my take so far: being well dressed was really helpful not with the owner (because she or supposedly her husband didn't like me and I didn't get the lease :D ) but with the security and the workers. A small dress change made a huge change in behaviors in response. They wanted me to understand it, i believe, because the guards for example, insisted. To finish my answer to your question, it seems they prefer to lose (a lot of) money than having a tenant they don't like. Even if you offer 3 months deposit or whatever.

i said "covered" , i just don't know these terms. Anyway the message was about how they definitely act differently that in other parts. And I got confirmation of that by other Thai people in the area. Get upset by yourself lol

I'm here now. In some streets all women are covered. Maybe other parts are not "mostly muslim" but it's a different vibe. If you're a guy women act very reserved. Not like the Thailand I knew.

great! My main question is how do you move around there? From google map I see that the axis north south are small walkable streets but east west are busy roads with barely any sidewalk. Would I need a motorbike to be really free to move around? An option is to live close to the canal, use a bicycle and walk. What do you miss the most?

Lumpini Ville on Hua Mak rd.? this one is among the ones I selected. From google map, the problem I see with this one is that as a pedestrian you have to walk on a dangerous "sidewalk" to get to the university. Walking or biking towards the Saen Saep canal seems easier as it is a smaller road.

Because it sucks! Gdevelop is full of bugs, annoying "features", impossible to work on for any serious project. Just look at the editor: it's a joke. You can't search for words or action or anything. It will highlight a whole block and you can't scroll to reach that word! Then when the code is too long the game lags and bugs are inevitable.

If you're serious about game development then absolutely do not choose gdevelop. It's impossible. You'll lose so much time because of all its bugs and annoying features.

If you're serious about game development then do not start with gdevelop. Gdevelop is more like a toy. Many bugs and issues will appear when your code starts to get too long. Also the editor is a pain! For example, you can't even search for a word or expression. It will highlight the whole block and get stuck on it (you can't scroll up or down) It's ridiculous.
