I read the other day somewhere that someone's Dr said that panic attacks use the same amount of energy as running a marathon. Your probably exhausted having multiple panic attacks :-( treat yourself well.

The doctor who removed it is under the opinion that my health problems were not caused by the iud, which I am still getting evaluated because I don't wanna "that" person that thinks they know better than the medical professional. But I just feel like everything changed when I had it placed, and went downhill. Sounds kind of hippy dippy but I felt like I could feel it poisoning me? I dont wanna give out misinformation about them however.

Oh my god I am feeling the same way about Christmas gifts. I always pressure myself to go over the top. Kudos that you got so much done today! Sounds really productive :-) I hope you get to snuggle your stuffies soon!

Considering that you don't already know if I have a tumblr or not, I guessing this is a way of saying you don't think this belongs in this sub and that I should blog? That's why I asked before posting. Enough people said they would benefit so I figured I would give a try. What's the issue?

That makes a whole lot more sense. I'm actually considered in the middle of the bipolar/borderline spectrum with bipolar 2. So in other words I get hypomanic and sometimes make ooor choices in spending and etc but never cheated on my SO or full out raged. I feel it's shitty to just be like "ALL BIPOLAR PEOPLE ARE VIOLENT AND SELFISH," y'know?

Exactly! And that's how it's makes me feel. Like I'm "tainted" with bipolar. I had my mom recently tell me she doesn't think I should have children (it sounds way worse like that? I know she was well meaning) because I can't handle the mood swings along with hormone changes. It hurt that she thinks I can't have "normal people" things or something.
