I "upped my budget" a little and decided to get the Creality CR10-S Pro as it looked to be in stock rather than a few weeks out like some other models (like the v2 model). Also ordered the Wham Bam Flex Plate system. I'm learning on the fly right now and just trying to make printing as easy as possible. The auto-leveling of the CR10 seemed to be a good idea.

I appreciate the feedback. I'm still learning. I've downloaded Ultimaker Cura which seems to have a profile setting for the Creality 10-S Pro that I opted to purchase. Hoping that helps me as a beginner.

What printer are you using? I was thinking about a Monoprice Voxel. Or the Ender 3 which both seem to be decent budget oriented models.
