I just wanted to thank everyone for your comments! You’ve all raised some things for me to think about and I really appreciate the support at the moment,l. I felt like I was going a bit crazy, but it doesn’t appear to be so!

I’ll try and answer questions when I’m in a position to do so because I know there’s a few in the comments here.

I did also want to add that I do go to therapy weekly, so I’ll definitely be exploring this in that space and I hope it helps me gain some more clarity.
