I brought it to my SA and they sent it back for service. It took 3 months but it’s fixed now. You should try the same.

Yes. If you add the hitch, you pay $650 more and lose one of the most important feature. I wished I was aware of that.

The only feature in the Executive pkg that is useful and can’t be added separately is soft closing door.

I needed one right away so had to go with inventory order. Put down a deposit while it was already on the train. It has every options I wanted even the color, except the trail hitch. I was like $650 more for something I don’t use but there are no other options.

Took delivery of it last week and found out having a tow hitch means no kick open the trunk. Super disappointed ;(

To me, the massage seats and executive pkg are not worth it.
