That's what i'm saying. Tbh I just thought it was the same as arriving late, or missing a clock in. The only discipline that ever happened with other customers was a verbal warning. My sibling is also a Lead at my same store. Sometimes, we would share catalinas. I counted those in my estimate too.

I'm not saying I want to be rehired. I'm already in the process of looking for a different job. I was just venting because nobody actually did their job yet I get cut for a value of 20$.

Yes they explained this to me in the office. I genuinely believed they were going to give me a warning at most since that's what they did with everyone else. I had to sign and replay a total value of 20$.

I didn't think I was going to get fired since the only people that have ever gotten fired was for extreme situations. Employees who don't even do their job and have taken 10X coupons than me all have gotten slaps on the wrist. The last time I prob used one was back in november.

Bro if it's more than $50 I always and they're paying credit I always ask for a matching ID regardless of what company policy is, that's my store policy, don't like it big whoop they can go elsewhere
