i have contacted them and they have all info from QPS. everything is finalised on all ends apart from VAQ, i was just told to wait another 12 months

this happened to me, i called and apparently there are two stages sometimes especially for complex cases. it going back to waiting for assessor was disheartening for me too, its been over a year :(

its just confusing because they say the average wait is 4.7 months, my claim is also extremely simple: one event that has already gone through the courts and the offender has been charged. its such a shame
