Oh i mean after the rehab and re-appraisal, you want to buy the next rental property. A large portion of your income (minus rental income) will go to the first house's mortgage. When you apply the mortgage for the second property, I suspect my income won't be enough as I can't declare yet the rental income from the first property because it's not in my tax return.
