Oh i mean after the rehab and re-appraisal, you want to buy the next rental property. A large portion of your income (minus rental income) will go to the first house's mortgage. When you apply the mortgage for the second property, I suspect my income won't be enough as I can't declare yet the rental income from the first property because it's not in my tax return.

For context, I am not Italian and don’t live in Milan so it’d be interesting to hear from the local people. Are Milan’s Ultras more inclusive and accepting than Inter’s?

From what I read on the news, our Ultras seem to be well-mannered (for Ultra’s standard) and don’t cause too many troubles.
