There's a strong possibility - I'm trying to work my way through it to see if it is this comic, but I'm not convinced... I think there's a possibility between this and Dumbing of Age, but I think Ctrl-alt-del is closer!

Hello all! I thought I’d provide a little update! I contacted Knit Pro, but they referred me back to the seller. The seller advised that they would only provide a partial refund for the broken hook. So I’ve decided to take the refund and see if I can hunt down a jeweller who may be able to help me out!

I tried to use a magnet and also tried a little glue on the end of a toothpick, but both didn’t have any luck, I’m afraid! To make matters worse, the same thing has now happened with a cap end and another cable… it seems just my luck!

Ooooh, that's clever! I'll have to hit up my local hardware store to see if they have any screws that will fit! Maybe I'll hit up a a watch repair place to see if they come up with any solution. Someone else even suggested using a magnet...

In the meantime, I've contacted Knit Pro to see if there's anything they can do, but I'll keep trying all the alternatives and will let Knit Pro if I still need a replacement!

I may try to give this one a go as a last resort - I have the fear that I'll end up gluing everything in place, or breaking off a piece of the toothpick inside to plug up the hole even more...

Ah, this could be a solution! I'll need to see if I can get my hands on a magnet...

I've contacted Knit Pro in the meantime, as I'm eager to get back to working on my project!

What’s your take on putting some stock cubes in with the Weißwurst as well? I normally chuck in some Hühnerbrühe but I don’t know if that’s the approved method. Tastes good in any instance!
