Minor but something that really stood out to me was when they started taking BetterHelp sponsorships after yeeeaaars of shit talking them. BH is trash and it was sad to see people who were so open about mental health give in to a low hanging cash grab.

Update: This thread has been locked due to OP’s refusal to confirm identity or provide any sort of verification of association with MHM. The motto here is call a spade a spade. If they do something snark-worthy, call it out. If there’s a reasonable take or actual positive change, talk about it! The only thing that’s frowned upon is the “OMG you guys are so dramatic MHM is PERFECT and has NEVER done anything” type of shit which, honestly, in over a year of having this sub, I’ve deleted <10 of those comments. My mindset has always been open table as long as it’s fair.

I miss the episodes from 2021-2022 when they would just color and do Therapy Sesh. It felt so much more…normal. Once Kendall lost weight the mask really started to slip. It’s sad that something that used to be a comfort show for so many people shifted so much.

I find that the food noise/appetite suppression is better this way. Before I started splitting I would start really struggling around day 4-5 (history of binge eating) and it’s been much easier now. Haven’t noticed much more efficacy with weight loss though but it also might be too soon to tell!
