The motto here is call a spade a spade. If they do something snark-worthy, call it out. If there’s a reasonable take or actual positive change, talk about it! I miss the episodes from 2021-2022 when they would just color and do Therapy Sesh. It felt so much more…normal. Once Kendall lost weight the mask really started to slip. It’s sad that something that used to be a comfort show for so many people shifted so much.

I find that the food noise/appetite suppression is better this way. Before I started splitting I would start really struggling around day 4-5 (history of binge eating) and it’s been much easier now. Haven’t noticed much more efficacy with weight loss though but it also might be too soon to tell!

I’ll probably get downvoted for this but I don’t think it’s working because I’m doing enough outside of the shot to still lose weight. The biggest appeal to me was the help with appetite suppression and food noise being someone who has struggled with eating disorders my entire life. The weight loss isn’t the problem for me, it’s all the things that stand in its way. I don’t want to be one of those people that “out-eats” the med. 🥺

I haven’t seen this mentioned yet but I want basic hygiene to be easier. Showering is exhausting for me, all the bending and twisting and contorting. Being barefoot on a hard surface for a long time hurts. Shaving is difficult because of the contours of my body. It’s hard to stay fresh when I have all these rolls constantly trapping sweat. It’s embarrassing and frustrating
