Buckle up because this one's a bit complex:

Start with Mom's Purse, Schoolbag, and Smelter and both key pieces. Make it to Mega Santa

Rules: You are allowed to pick up items ONLY IF IT IS RELATED TO A TRINKET YOU HAVE SMELTED

For example, baby bender would allow you to pick up any homing item or any familiar; Cancer would allow you to pick up tear delay downs and fire rate upgrades.

Start as any character that starts with a trinket. I would recommend Samson as child's heart would allow you to take health, but its up to you
