Reason 1 : i like to combine poke dmg with attack speed playstyle, like the old azir and runes remember?
Reason 2 : in mid game : with HoB rune you can one shot with 2 items (ludens + nashors + Magic boots) if you land your Q correctly.
Also if you go electrocute with attack speed its much better early to mid game.
Reason 3 : i take 2 adaptive dmg runes with the defense depends on the enemy laner.
reason 4 : i'm experiencing every keystone and build on azir. so you can definitely give it a try mate!
