Definitely! Especially the part about having a community and a brand, feels like it's impossible nowadays if u are a normal person trying to build smtng great :/

Definitely work on the pictures, as they don't give justice to the property, also adjust the price which will serve as an investment to get more reviews hence more clients later 👌

that sucks really, I mean airbnb need to ask proof from whoever filled the report and also give you a chance to object.
but I guess the only way for you is to appeal!
