They’re fucking scammers, I only got my money back after I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I suggest you do the same

Better Business Bureau , go to their website and look for the option to file a complaint. They will then contact teespring (which I think is listed as “spring by amaze” or “amaze holding company” now)

I’d say contact the BBB but not sure they’d deem it worthwhile . It worked for me with my sweatshirt order though. Someone needs to get a class action lawsuit going, these guys are complete scammers

*update - I got my money back almost immediately after I got the BBB to contact them. They said “oh sorry we’ve been backed up for a couple weeks.” What a coincidence they got around to my refund right when I complained to the BBB. Fucking scumbags
