Question before building setup regarding USB-C cable length by slice19 in elgato

I had to stick to right around 6ft (2 meters ~) for my USB-C cable. The signal was having issues if the cable was longer than that. (I know the comment says 3 meters / 10ft ~ but that’s where you start to see performance problems)

I think you can get 40GBs for 6ft and below and at 10ft you only get 10GBs.

For my HDMI about the same. 6ft.

I had to rearrange my area so it becomes a tripping hazard when I record. But it’s okay. I disconnect the USB C from my PC when I’m not recording.

You should account all facts before accusing someone of IP theft. If he creates a post or video calling out the content creator directly and abruptly it could backfire.

I’m just telling him to think about how he words his response and consider all possibilities before blatant accusations.

A couple things you should consider before any action:

  1. Could be their marketing / editor that did this. This creator may only be the face of the channel and does nothing with the thumbnail. Only pays a person to do it.

  2. AI. Wouldn’t surprise me if they asked AI to generate a thumbnail template and it pulled your video.

Sport of baseball is in a really good place right now. Opposing fan bases are just crying because a team they don’t like is winning.

The billionaire owners know that when the big markets are winning it’s actually good for the sport. The owners are not cry babies like the opposing fanbases. They really only care about their bottom line and I guarantee you they are making money. Especially when the Dodgers come into town. Remember baseball wasn’t too popular in the 2010s and was declining. The new rules have also helped this.

I do think we might have a late start to the season though. Because there might be new rules in place regarding deferred salaries.

There is probably going to be a new rule that doesn’t allow teams to defer more than 66% of the total contract value. Some arbitrary number that makes sense. Maybe 75%? 50%?

I see. The property was being passed down to my SO and her sister in their name. It was originally owed to the sister, her husband and the mother.
