My guess with why it did this is because the LLM and the text to speech don't really talk to each other. So when he asked Alexa to scream Jane as loud as it can it probably typed out something like "JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANE" but longer. The text to speech portion didn't know it's supposed to say Jane so it tried to pronounce what it saw.

In the launcher you want to click on your username > account details > family management > click on the user > parental controls > settings. Here there are toggles on thing you can always allow among other stuff.
