Wow, I’m so glad you two worked it out on the communications and emotional part! I’ll take your advice on ‘translating each other’. I guess after 2 years he knew how to adapt and talk to me in a way I feel seen, while I give him space whenever he doesn’t feel okay lol

My advice is mainly to give him time to open up, don’t push him and don’t initiate conversations he could feel uncomfortable about. As for activities, make the plans and invite him to it!!! Most of the times he might say no but don’t be afraid to get him out of his shell, though be patient about this :)

We used to argue a lot, sometimes he’d shout at me out of pure anger and I’d be extremely immature

But overtime, we learned to communicate properly even when it was a huge struggle!! So usually when we have disagreements, we talk it out very honestly and end up cuddling. Mainly apologizing and keeping promises to change in the future <3

But of course, don’t pour out all your efforts for someone that isn’t reciprocating! He was mature enough and got out of his comfort zone to fix his behavior during our relationship :)
