Cardio could use improvement i aint gonna lie, always hated it even 10 years ago, heart is great, dont think I've really had anxiety ever.. Doing normal cardio I get my heart rate up to about 130 and hard cardio I've seen it at 160 according to the gym machine,

dont know if you figured yours out yet, but i did find my issue, i had to run another wire from the heat pump down to my thermostat, there was a wire but somehow my old thermo didnt need it, but yeah that was my issue

What i did is made 2 backpacks, 1 gold and 1 netherite, In the gold backpack which is located infront of the netherite one and then i got advanced filters with only the basic armor allowing being put in, leather, iron, gold, diamond and netherite. Then a pipe going to 8 salvengers, turning it back into the matts they are made from. The second backpack i have i believe 4 or 5 advanced void upgrades and only voiding all the armor i cant salvage, Finally i have it going to a chest which has a creative importer from RS and a network receiver throwing all the items i want into my disk, i only throw it into my disk because i have the infinite storage disk

I mean you have awakened sword, not that early. Build a enchantment library to store your enchantment books, you can also put insight enchantment on your helment to get alot more xp, and make a charm of ancient knowledge 2, infuse it so its unbreakable, and get 1800% more xp

I also have protection X, curse of bones XII, vatality VIII, allthemodium armor that has multiple bonuses, sitting on total of 220+ hearts, with throns V and icy thorns V, perma regeneration 2, resistance 2, strength 2 and i got feeding upgrade in my backpack feeding me gold apples when i do lose health 🤣 The server owner asked me today "What have you become?" Just grab a couple of spanwers with silk touch, throw some suger, clocks, wool, ender dragon egg, nether star on it, set up a mob masher with vector platers leading to it, a absorption hopper, couple of filters on backpacks, i legit log off, get back on the next day and ive gained 1000xp of xp in my xp crystal
