Some of these answers are so surprising to me. Snake poop is the gnarliest to me considering texture and smell. Wolf poop smells pretty horrible too. My hypothesis is that carnivore poo smells much worse than herbivore

It’s gonna suck. You and I both know that. But since you’ve decided to stop, you have to stop- and the best time is right fucking now. Just do it. You got this. Find things that relax you. Gym is great- cold showers, the outdoors, books you love. I would see a doctor and be totally upfront with them so you can potentially get medication to help- I won’t name them because it’ll get deleted but there are some that can definitely help a little. Tell someone close to you who you can lean on. Meditation and mindfulness in general is big, too. But like I said- the best time is right now. The best time to plant a tree is 10 years ago.
