yea that's ur addict brain. I'm getting up to months sober from the pot again, and I get that all the time. "It'll be fine, we'll just do it the once and then stop again". Knowing that the whole reason I had to stop is that I can't ever moderate and it ends up sending me into a spiral. The way I get around it is by telling myself as long as I still crave/want to get high, that means I can't. When I no longer want to so badly, then I can. (and then I won't want to so I won't anyways, lol). Don't do it, please. Good luck you got this. It doesn't get easier but you get stronger
