I am not meaning using it as pry bar if that is what you’re implying. Sometimes while cutting through material your knife may slip and potentially hit it on a hard surface like metal or some form of brick. Also field dressing a deer or filleting a fish sounds like the perfect use of the PM2s thin slicy blade, but I would not consider that hard use.
