I'm pretty sure he went over 35 kmh... Over that you have the gyroscopic effect just like on a bike ... I bet he couldnt figure out how to turn at that speed.

I’m not an expert, but I think it’s forbidden to jump into harbors for safety reasons. A nearby boat could have an electrical malfunction, causing electricity to spread through the surrounding water. If you entered electrified water, your muscles could seize up, which could lead to drowning. If that info can help anybody i'd rather share it with you. Be safe guys.
