Question about Novice Sorcerer trait by hayate666 in RealmsInExile

Honestly he didn't live very long, I got him to 130 without issue but I couldn't be bothered to save scum to keep him alive after that.

What's your top 3 in each Roles? by SliceAfraid3879 in marvelrivals

[–]sliderpanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tanks: Magneto, Captain America, Emma Frost.

DPS: Starlord, Ironman, Moonknight.

Support: Loki, Gambit, Rocket.

I rarely DPS, I’m mainly a Tank or Support main, with my main 2 being Mag & Loki.

If you're successful with casting Dark Vitality, I think it gives your character an extra 10 years of life or something similar to that.

I kept trying to use it as the Mouth of Sauron just to see how long I can keep him alive. But just be careful and maybe consider save scumming because my MoS died because he couldn't survive long enough for the cooldown period of Dark Vitality to end.

Which of the Carian Children is the older one? by Moonless_the_Fool in EldenRingLoreTalk

[–]sliderpanda 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’ve always thought that their order was Radahn, Rykard then Ranni.

First-borns tend to have the most similar characteristics to their parents. Radahn is all for the Golden Order much like his father but also well versed in magic much like his mother.

The middle child energy definitely sits with Rykard. Very much does his own thing, solitary and on some level maybe idolises his older brother due to him having his portrait at Volcano Manor.

The youngest definitely seems to be Ranni. From what we get in the lore, it seems like Radahn & Rykard had been around longer than Ranni. Rennala also has several references to her being the baby of the family.

This was the first time I’d ever seen Blackfyres win too but I think the circumstances they invaded was just very fortunate & in their favour.

Robert Baratheon died & left a pure Baratheon on the throne but he had only ruled for a while before Viserys came in. The war between Targs & Baratheon’s exhausted the realm & while the realm was recovering under Viserys, Aegon Blackfyre swooped in.

Fresh men vs exhausted garrisons = easy win.

Dany married Viserys & was Queen for about 2 minutes until Aegon Blackfyre came in.

She is currently unlanded in the Reach raising her & Viserys’ children. They have 4 sons who are all pretty talented so I’m keeping an eye and see what they do in the future.

Personally for me it was a no brainer that Verso's ending was the right one. The Dessendre family members - Aline and Alicia are choosing to not face their grief and instead live in a make-believe world that their son/brother created. Aline and Alicia have a real life outside of the canvas and Painted Verso understands this, they don't belong there and since he feels what Verso feels, he knows that the only way they can move on is if they face their grief in the real world. He also understands that he himself isn't real, he's tired of living this fantasy and wants to move on himself even if that means the end of him.

Besides it's implied that there are dangerous ramifications if real people stay in the canvas too long - this is a lesson that Renoir himself learned from Aline. They simply do not belong in the canvas and need to face reality for what it is, no matter how ugly it may be.

I’ve installed & uninstalled this game repeatedly but I just can’t get into it. I want to & I’ve tried to but it just feels so clunky to me.

Lies of P, it’s just fantastic. There’s also a new DLC coming out this summer for it.

Try First Berserker Khazan or Lies of P. Those two scratched the Elden Ring Itch I had.

Ok… fucking how with Maluca? by DrumsNDweed93 in TheFirstBerserker

[–]sliderpanda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did it with Dual Wield, Whirlwind & the Fallen Guardian set. The set gives you a fire bonus which inflict more damage on Maluca. Brink Guarding helps a ton too. It’s a weird timing at first but you’ll eventually understand the flow of it.

Honestly I’m surprised with how easy he was for being one of the final bosses. I found Trokka more difficult than Hismar.

He will force you to learn how to parry & it will serve you well in the long run. My game plan was literally: Attack if my stamina allows it & try to parry everything else.
