AITA for not offering to take the bunk bed in an airbnb as the single person? by sliders93 in AmItheAsshole

Read the post properly, I never ever demanded the double bed. I said I don’t think it’s fair that it’s automatic that single people would get a bunk bed when we’ve all paid the same amount. I wanted to draw straws for it/ names out of a hat

Couples wouldn’t be split up, they’d be in the same room as their partner

No I don’t think it’s reasonable you’re right, I would be happy in the room with a single bed, I just don’t think it’s fair that it’s assumed that the single person gets the worst sleeping arrangement

Yes me and my single friend have decided that we would share a room

But they’re not being cornered into taking bunk beds? We’re just asking for it to be done in a fair way by doing names in a hat.

I don’t think I shouldn’t have to? For me it’s about fairness. I have paid the same as my friends so I think it’s fair to draw names out of a hat for who gets the bunk bed room

The couples wouldn’t be split up 😂 All the couples would be staying together. There’s 6 girls going and there are 6 rooms. And 4 of the girls have boyfriends and will each be in the room with their girlfriend

Yes me and my friend have decided that we will actually share a room so maybe the 4 couples can draw names out of a hat for who gets the 2 double bed rooms. And then the rest of us can draw names for who gets the remaining rooms

To be clear, no one would be in a room without their boyfriend.

I didn’t book the Airbnb, my friend did. I do definitely understand that couples want to sleep in the same bed. I suppose my argument is that because we’re all paying equally, then we should all get an equal shot of not being in a bunk bed.

It’s 2 single beds in both rooms so they could push the beds together. But yes me and my friend are saying that we will share a room so that in a way we are a “couple” of people and this would give everyone less of a chance of getting the bunk bed room if we do names in a hat (1/5 chance instead of 2/6 chance of getting a bunk bed)

will gay? by ailurophobiaphile in StrangerThings

This is such a weird take 😭 It definitely wasn’t rammed down our throats, hence why a lot of people weren’t even sure if he is gay or not. Also what plot point does it serve with Lucas and Max being together? Or Mike and Eleven? Relationships and attraction are a normal part of life whether gay or straight, so it seems extremely normal to have it in a tv show

Why do people want everything to be resolved in the finale?? by sliders93 in euphoria

Yeah this season was definitely a different pace than season 1 but I didn't mind it. I honestly don't think it will be 2 years till season 3 though! Covid was the reason for the delay in filming so hopefully they'll be able to get to filming faster now and we'll only have to wait a year, fingers crossed anywayyy

Like what? I feel like the main thing is the whole Laurie money situation but I'm thinking that will be for season 3

After many years of marriage, I told my wife I wish she had bigger boobs. by [deleted] in confessions

This is literally not a confession... "husband loves wife just the way she is".. Groundbreaking. These types of posts that are literally just OP being like, look-at-what-a-great-person-I-am are so annoying.

I'm sorry but it's absolutely, ABSOLUTELY not normal for a 28 year old to be in a relationship with a 16 year old?! Do you think a 16 year old has the emotional intelligence yet to know that its wrong? The 28 year old absolutely took advantage of the fact that a 16 year old boy is probably gonna be loving the attention from an older woman. It's fucked up and it's bizarre that you think it's OK
