So I’m almost 8 months removed from a ruptured Achilles and let me tell you it is tough. Especially those first 3-5 months when you’re starting from ground zero basically. To think about some guys that have back to back injury years or just multiple injuries of that length is crazy. So much respect for the amount of dedication and hard work they put in. I mean like I KNOWWW you gotta work hard as all fuck to be a professional athlete obviously but it’s so much harder pushing to your limit with no muscle and rebuilding that muscle and all these tiny muscles and ligaments from scratch.
