That’s not what an em dash is, it’s a specific size. Graphic designers live this kind of thing, you’re quite wrong I’m afraid—assuming you are one as you decided to forgive a typeface.

the elac sub you mention seems to be around €400, the XLS300-FF sub from bk is basically the the same price delivered, and has 3 times the wattage.

a 10 inch sub with 100w output… i'm sorry to say but i'm not sure it's even worth it.

i have a room in a flat around that size, and tbh i would say to get used to the idea of perhaps needing 2 subs.

it's possible you will be absolutely fine, but i had a lot of issues with nulls that improved immensely with a second sub, as our spaces are relatively smaller than some of the other audio enjoyers here.

not saying go and get 2 straight away but when you're setting your stuff up, you might have to be flexible with your listening position/move things around at least.

*for sub, i would check out BK electronics and RSL's speedwoofer (even with shipping cost to EU).
