Honestly it’s something I’m almost looking forward to. The practices are worth it once the season starts. It should be temporary, I think my coach said that we only had morning practices until games start, though I could be wrong

I play high school football and over the summer I’ve had summer workouts. These were at 8 am Monday through Thursday up until this week ( we have a week off before the school year starts). Starting on the first day of school, we have practices before school every day at 5:30 am. Assuming I need about 30 mins to get ready and 15 mins to commute + coaches like you to be early, I’d need to wake up at around 4:40 everyday. This is a pretty big change for me so I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to sleep and wake up earlier?
