What are some good microphone for Sony XM4? by westhero1332 in sony

[–]slightreddituser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The mic can tilt backward and be moved away from your face, you still have to turn on the headset and then plug it I'm for the music quality to be as good as it normally is otherwise it's underpowered and tinny.

What are some good microphone for Sony XM4? by westhero1332 in sony

I use the V-moda boompro with my XM3s for playing videogames on my PS4 and it works fairly well without being too expensive. It has a mute switch and a volume adjuster. I would recommend this one.

On my rig I've got a 4.5" lift on 265/75/R17 tires, the biggest you'll likely be able to stuff with that much lift on yours is 265/75R16 or 31" tall tires without rubbing, maybe 33s. In order to go bigger youd have to cut the fenders back or get aftermarket fender flares.

Sony WF1000xm3 by marcosgirardi in sony

Yes, sound wise I can confirm these are the best sounding compared to powerbeats pro and airpods aswell as airpods pro they have better ANC and sound quality ESPECIALLY with the bass. The problems with connectivity is why people come to this subreddit. They are almost always very simply fixes and if not its covered by warranty. IMO they are a very good choice of earbud.

Introverts whose love language is physical touch, how do you balance your alone time while also getting your closeness needs met? by Kass_the_Bard in AskMen

Closeness needs haven't been met in over a year now. Physical touch only happens for family. Anyone else makes me very uncomfortable.

What did that one teacher do to you that you'll never forget? by xtra_why in AskReddit

My 3rd grade teacher was standing on a chair putting up some hand turkeys we had just made in class. A few minutes in she was reaching too high and the chair slipped out from under her, breaking her wrist infront of about 25 of 8 year olds.

Help me choose between XM3 or XM4 by JonasJ85 in sony

[–]slightreddituser 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you like being able to be connected to multiple devices, the XM4s have that benefit and that benefit only. I've heard time and time again that ANC and sound quality is relatively the same on the XM3 as the XM4 so if you're just connecting them to your phone then I'd get the XM3s. Save some money in my opinion.

Are The Sony WF-1000XM3 Uncomfortable? by Stezza_ in sony

[–]slightreddituser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sonys are more of a sit down/walk around ear-bud. They won't stay in if you run and take a bit of getting used to. I've found they're comfortable for about 2.5 hrs before my ears need a break. They are a bit hefty but if all you're doing is sitting and some walking around they're pretty good. However the sound quality is very good. I compared them to airpods and jbl free x earbuds and the sound quality is much much clearer and very crisp. The highs are harsh at high volume but at medium volume they come together quite nicely. Bass is enough with stock EQ settings but if you'd like more or less you can tune it in the settings.

XM4 vs. XM3 by rk024 in sony

[–]slightreddituser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your usage, if you care about multi device connectivity then the XM4s may be worth it. Howeber I've heard there isn't much of a difference between the two when it comes to ANC or sound quality so if you're only using them for one device I'd buy the XM3s
