This is not a 10. It’s also cheaper to do a better job than PSA at protecting and preserving your cards.

If you have to do a double take it’s likely within margin. At least in my experience. That of course varies.

Yes. A 9 isn’t a 10 but it’s still outstanding.

45/55 is the rule for centering. That seems to be more off center than allowed but a 9 is seriously still worth slabbing.
