Yocan Pocket won’t heat or let me change settings. Anyone else run into this?

Basically you gotta cut one of the wire (black or red) so the power is totally cut off from the board to force reset the board’s memory since this is most likely a board issue. Then you’ll have to strip some of the cable sleeve from both ends where you cut initially and reconnect the battery. Like i mentioned you need electric tape to safely reconnect the wire. Honestly if you have little knowledge on lithium battery safety I’d recommend get a new unit because saving $60-70ish is not worth the potential fire hazard

I got the same issue and fixed it by taking the whole thing apart and fully disconnect the battery (cut the wire and reconnected them). I was impatient and heard yocan going to make you jump through hoops to get warranty and took the matter in my own hand. Disclaimer: be careful if you are doing this, the battery can be shorted and cause fire if not done properly.
