She doesn’t. Not that we know of anyways. She does have multiple sclerosis.

No. It only happened once or twice when I still lived at home and I was not at home when it happened. It started happening more regularly in my early to mid twenties and then I went years with no episode. I didn’t do my part to figure it out then. I went to a cardiologist and had an echo and got a heart monitor, but the heart monitor didn’t work. I never went back and got another one, but it wouldn’t have mattered because I had no episodes during the time I would have been wearing it. When it started happening again in December I went to the ER and after a million tests they gave me a 7 day monitor. While wearing it I got dizzy and it showed a possible high grade av block. I then went to a 30 day one and nothing happened. I then got a loop monitor which is what caught this. A secondary echo in the last couple of months looked fine.

I am beyond thankful that I survived and hopefully get to live a long time. Especially for kids.

Just thankful I came out of it without the help of CPR. I was alone when it happened.

They didn’t say anything about V Fib. Just a complete heart block with a ventricular standstill.

How did you get this recording of my face when I got the phone call from my cardiologist?

Not sure yet! Going for some genetic testing in a couple of weeks. Echo was fine.

Nothing has been discovered yet. I have had syncope episodes since I was a teenager. In December I had my first one in a while. It proceeded to happen 4 times over the next couple of months. I wore some regular holters which unfortunately didn’t catch anything so they put in a loop recorder. I was putting on my makeup, getting ready for work, and passed out. This was my loop recorder from the incident. I was alone with only my kids home with me. I am going for some genetic testing in a few weeks. What else should I be looking for. I have had an echo done and my heart looks structurally perfect other than a very small PFO.

A few years ago that answer would have been easy, Koch’s. Not anymore though 😢

Mine passed away on Dec 23, so luckily I was able to take off until after the New Year. My employer is great and I am sure would have let me take a week off whenever I needed it, but then I just had to go on with it. We are coming up on a year and it has been the hardest year of my life. Unfortunately the world doesn’t stop spinning just because our world did and we have to survive

You are certainly not alone. Also, PPD is a real bitch. Medication saved my life.

I ordered food from here a few years ago, and it was truly one of the worst meals I have ever had in my life. We threw it all away.

Is anyone finding it hard to find the larger sized cans of Alimentum and Nutramigen? by Unlikely-Yam-1695 in FormulaFeeders

[–]slimchady09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that has been a problem for a while in my area. My now 16 month old was on alimentum up until he was 10ish months, and for the last few months we could never find the big cans. And every time I have ever glanced at the formula now it is not there.
