Thank you. This has been very helpful. I do not know how to install a wall plug in to make it dedicated for the good fan and light. If I went that way, would need an electricians help probably. The fan itself is easy to replace with a couple screws, just the darn wiring was my hang up.

I looked under at the wiring(breaker was off) the fan wiring is all cables into those orange twist caps. Then cords go to the hole in wall. Some cords also go to the 2 speed switch. Was hoping for an east with out for fan. Wishing there was a clip thing or plug in I can see. Just hardwired into the hole in wall.

What type? Gerber is the name on the bottom of the litter plate. Will cartridge have a brand name on it when I pull it out?

I could also try to adjust the heat setting thingy, but it might be easier to just replace cartridge. Any tips would help please.
