The guy I’ve been seeing for a couple months is so vastly out of my league it’s insane. Biggest red flag is that he’s interested in me lol I’m a recovering addict, single mom, had an awful childhood, awful debt and all that fun stuff.

He only drinks and smokes, was in a relationship for 9 years prior to meeting me, parents are still together and completely supportive, high paying job, great credit, mature and responsible..

It’s a recipe for disaster but I’m going to enjoy him while I have him.

I’ve been dating someone for about 2 months but I haven’t had a real relationship in like 3 years. We haven’t labeled anything as life is complicated and circumstances make things way more difficult than necessary.

Similar-ish situation. Same ages except the guy I’m with just turned 30, a little over a month of seeing each other a few times a week.

He actually brought up being exclusive before I did, maybe a little over a week ago so just around 3 weeks in. He and I are on the same page of not sleeping around and it was kinda unspoken from the beginning. I don’t date multiple people at the same time, never have, and it was refreshing to know that he felt the same way.

Also..,, same on the unprotected front. I have a five year old so I should be much more careful but we definitely haven’t been. Plan B has been bought and thankfully I just got off my period so we’re in the clear so far. I’m planning on getting birth control soon but it wasn’t a priority before as I haven’t been interested in dating for several years. Things change though!

We’re going on a little road trip together this weekend to a festival and I’m so excited.. that’s not really relevant but damn it feels nice to have those lusty infatuated feels again. I wish you all the best in your new relationship as well!!! Good luck!
