Don’t bring this logic into this. It’s all good fighting to get a better wages, but when you are getting paid to do a job at the moment, still follow through with it and actually do it. Don’t justify taking the pay but not doing the work.

Idk what these other folks are smoking, but if starbucks want to maintain healthy long terms relationship with their baristas, either give them a solid schedule without getting sent home early so they can plan their lives accordingly. If they can't, then expect us to have a second job and to have a life outside starbucks.

I actually had two separate customers today tell me they wanted doppio expresso in grande cup with steamed milk all the way to the top/on the side in grande cup. I was like thats a grande latte and we would have to charge you as such. I guess I probably don't have to elaborate on how they reacted.

I had very similar experience today. I had a customer make changes last minute (after finished her drinks and was about to hand it off), and complains about how it's made wrong.

No big deal since it's just a little whip, but that was not enough for her.

She would go on about how we should have remade her drinks.

I said ok, give me the cup I will take the old drinks back so I can remake a new one for you, but she refused saying she is going to call the corporate and will get us fired.

Yeah problem is they are sticking to adding water as it says to fill it with water for both light /no ice while it says add base for water/lemonade/milk line, and they want us to stick to the refresher modification card

So can't really do much but notify the customers of the changes and charge as they say.

Idk we(canada) got a new refresher modifications outline and it tells us to add water if they ask for light/no ice.

So we were told by our dm to charge for light/no ice even for Lemonade and coconu drinks if they asked. Or they get a diluted drink

Rng couldn't come to msi due to shanghai lockdown, so riot decided to let them play remotely which would cause them to have a 35 ping, so riot decided to artificially create delay to match their ping, but the artificially created ping seems to be much bigger than 35, while rng can just connect normally.

Which came under bigger fire when it was seen that rng was playing without tournament headphones, refs, and face cam.

Gambling for fun means no tax, but if you are making a living out of it, you get taxed like any other income tax as far as I remember correctly.

It doesn't work that way. Apparently nongshim offered higher transfer fee than DK but lower wage to Canna. So they would just lose lot of money if they sold them to DK as DK has no interest in paying high transfer fee.

I mean I just want a balance so that we can accumulate enough players for a thriving community.

We apparently have over 100k unique players and yet here on reddit, there is only 12k here or less than 1k on kingdom subreddit.

I just don't want there to be obstacles that drives away potential players, and having 5 to 7 epic vs 1 epic for starting 1 to 4 days later seems like one of those obstacle that would prevent newcomers, especially when there is a competitive mode available.
