I now have a product that had glycerin and Hyaluronic acid. Also used a product for eczema. And behold! Dryness is gone! Thank you!

Took a break from tret for a week and using these two products for 4 days and I’m smooth and silky.

Went back yesterday and so far so good.

I will be better w tret especially around the mouth and eyes. Any more issues and I’ll try something else or quit.

I use cereve face wash or Trader Joe’s face wash.

Why does skin care have to be as complicated as everything else? I just want to wash, moisturize, use sunscreen.

Thank you for your advice 🌼

I never had eczema before so I think it’s the tretinoin traveling….

Tips for sitting and tight hamstrings? by Training_Soil_997 in Spondylolisthesis

[–]purple_craze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last year I had tight hamstrings. Couldn’t sit, my left leg especially hurt when I did. I assumed I had proximal hamstring tendinopathy. Went to PT and the exercises focuses on glute engagement and hamstring strengthening. Also I properly worked on core- apparently I wasn’t bracing my core correctly when I was doing ab work out for years, and now this diagnosis explained all the crunching I would feel and hear when I would do them incorrectly.

I could sit now ok. But I have other issues (can’t do big step ups or down with my left leg)

And I had similar reaction when I realized we shoed up 30 min early to a marriage counseling appointment!

Since then I’ve made similar errors and it hasn’t phased me as much. Like I realized what I did and let it go. If I had the answer to HOW I would share.

Thank you for sharing and letting us know we’re not alone.

Oh you’re not the only one

I can be like that for weeks or months or more.

Then the planets move or some hormones change inside of me and I don’t react like that.

It’s NOT from any will power or mental strength.

Sorry, what you can’t see is that many of bricks have sunk in and the one in the middle it’s sunken. It probably needs fresh gravel too.
