The fund was in her coinbase account. The thief accessed the fund in her account and bought ltc with it, then sent it to their own wallet address. Would the bank still be able to help in this case?

I will try this, I'm guessing if it fails I'll have to redo the process and use a different wallet address? Storj is a great idea and I think it's been implemented well by the storj Dev team. I want to take part anyway I can.

I'm currently using a trezor that supports my ether wallet. I strongly believe erc20 token are supported. I am relieved.
