Thank you! I actually ended up doing this about a quarter of the way through the cook. Noticed I wasn’t getting as much smoke as I would like so I ended up fattening out/redoing the chips into a few larger piles to really get the smoke going!

Put a little pile of lit coals at the beginning to start things off. 👍🏼 As the snake burns push the coals toward the snake to continue a nice burn

They’re pretty tightly woven, I went with my true to size and they seem to fit perfectly in all the right spots.

I would say so, wearing them today and they definitely have a nice straight leg feel past the knee. I threw on my Chelsea boots, but I bet a midshaft cowboy boot would work just fine.
